Cynthia serves on the Advisory Council of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. She has a long history with HSTB that includes telling the stories of many animals saved to go on to happy lives with their adopters. 



Cynthia is proud to advocate for America’s wild horses and burros along with this Colorado Springs based organization dedicated to saving them. She was recently honored with TCF’s “Golden Phoenix “ award for her “dedication and contributions to wild horse freedom “ Cynthia’s equine partner is her adopted wild horse, Mustang Dream. Cynthia is a Cheetah Ambassador for CCF, based in Namibia, with chapters around the world. With fewer than 7000 adult cheetahs left in the wild, the world’s fastest land animal is in a race to survive. Cynthia has traveled to Namibia to see CCF’s work and hosted/moderated events for founder, Dr. Laurie Marker, online and in person.
